Running from spawn preaim vertically in the middle of the top line of white bricks. As you turn the corner, aim and keep tracking the shadow of the rock as shown. Jumpthrow roughly as the corner disappears from view and you're no longer strafing left.

The lineup is extremely fast but can easily be ruined by your teammates blocking you.
