In case the video isn't explicit enough, here are the steps i followed :

-Hug the left wall
-Align the left of the yellowish box with the wall you're hugging
-Crouch
-Line up between the baril and the box, then go up till you reach the brownish horizontal line on the wall.
-Go a few pixels downward
-Left click throw!
