Go to the spot where you would usually throw the 'stairs' smoke, turn towards palace entrance, and hold W until you stop. You will most likely be in the spot where you throw this smoke, which will be in the corner next to 'stairs' lineup, also next to palace entrance. Crouch and turn towards the two "high rise" buildings that are highest in the sky and if looking at them should be pointing towards cat. Lineup your crosshair inside the gap between the two apartment high rise buildings. After your crosshair is lined up, put your crosshair just a little bit up, while imagining a square from the power line to the "fuzz" hanging off the right apartment building. (Make sure to check lineup image if you are not understanding) Stay crouched and jump throw. Your smoke should land between Ladder Room, and Cat, more specifically, deep into cat.
