1. Place yourself in the corner next to the wooden beam.
2. Line your crosshair up horizontally with the pointy tip of the white paint, as shown in the video.
3. Move your crosshair vertically upwards to line up with the dark spot shown in the video. (Refer to the lineup image for a clearer view of where to place your crosshair)
4. Jumpthrow.

This is very similar to the 128-tick lineup, you just need to aim a little higher for this one.
