Position yourself against the wall roughly in the middle of the door. Aim horizontally between the texture seam and boards, vertically just below the scaffolding. Positioning is somewhat forgiving.

Jumpthrow+forward bind yields best results but regular jumpthrow works too. Works on both tickrates.
