Get on the triangle bit on the ground to get elevated. Then aim at the bottom of the box cutout in the wall and start running for like 0.5 seconds then jumpthrow.

The only point of this nade is to make it harder to hear approaching B site. This Nade isn't as loud as other variants but is pretty easy to hit. Aim just to the right of the blank crease and about half as tall as the entire stretched out plank.
