Yet another smoke for window if you don't have the spawn for one of the instant lineups, also useful when your teammates keep blocking you at the garbage can or if you spawn far away from it.

Lineup is the same for both tickrates, however:

on 128-tick throw when your crosshair reaches the top line of the white window frame
on 64-tick throw when your crosshair reaches the bottom line of the same window frame (i.e. crouchwalk just a tiny bit further forward)
