You have to align the bottom of you sreen as shown and align it to the left of this part of the building, you don't have to be too precise horizontally as you are aligned with it
Here's the command to change crosshair lengths
bind "KEY" "toggle cl_crosshairsize 2.5 100000"
change key to whatever key you want, and change 2.5 by your actual crosshair length
