Support molotov for your mate on short/toilets. Standing with your back against the wall, line up the black metal square with the metal band on the door, aim at the step as shown, run for half a second then jumpthrow. Takes a try or two to get it to cover the stairs completely, but it doesn't have to be 100% perfect to be effective.
