This is a deep T Monster flash for CT aggression thrown from the same position as the default Monster flash and thus can be thrown right after. It lands quite deep so it flashes all the angles that a rifle or a sniper would usually hold, however it may not always blind people standing close to the monster tube, for example in pistol rounds when they have a glock. In that case you can throw a shallow T Monster flash from the same position.
