Get stuck in the edge between the washer and cable drum (does not need to be perfect, I tried it with some space in both directions), line up with the bottom corner of the ledge, run for ~2 steps and jumpthrow.

If you're doing it quickly and the starting position isn't perfect, it's better to aim a few pixels to the left of the shown lineup. Otherwise it can hit the right wall of heaven and fail.

You will be exposed to monster after throwing, so make sure it's clear, smoked off, or held by a teammate.

This smoke should be good for eco and half-buy B rushes, because of the easy lineup and quick pop with very few bounces.
