Aim at the white stain - the middle of the top part for 64 tick, the bottom for 128 tick (as shown in the video). Jumpthrow after falling down the little ledge.

Prevents the CTs from taking Water control early and is the fastest way I know of to throw this molo.

P.S. I only had to wait in the video for the train to pass (uunlucky :p). But don't worry, this will not happen if you throw this nade at the beginning of the round.
