This is a shallow T Monster flash for CT aggression thrown from the same position as the default Monster flash and thus can be thrown right after. It is useful in pistol rounds because it flashes all the close angles where someone with a glock would usually be. It does not flash deep angles like the very back, the short tube and someone holding monster from close T spawn. If you want to throw a deeper flash that will blind all the deeper angles you can throw a deep T Monster flash from the same position.
